ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING- Shivneri Polytechnic

Audio Video Engineers Lab

Audio Video engineers lab working in research and development may come

from, physics, acoustical engineering, electrical engineering and electronics. Audio

engineering courses at university or college fall into two rough categories: (i) training in

the creative use of audio as a sound engineer, and (ii) training

in science or engineering topics, which then allows students to apply these concepts

while pursuing a career developing audio technologies. Audio training courses give you

a good knowledge of technologies and their application to recording studio and sound

reinforcement systems.

Digital & Microprocessor Laboratory

The Digital & microprocessor lab control program (embedded software) can be easily tailored to different needs of a product line, allowing upgrades in performance with minimal redesign of the product. Different features can

be implemented in different models of a product line at negligible production cost.

Microprocessor control of a system can provide control strategies that would be impractical to implement using electromechanical controls or purpose-built electronic controls.

The department has excellent research laboratories and support facilities in the area of Microelectronics and VLSI. XILINX based gate array design Matlab, programming tools, etc.

Measurement & Electrical Laboratory

The science of instrumentation system plays vital role in the development of technology. An electronic system has prime importance in the field of instrumentation. Most of the physical parameters can be converted into electrical signal with the use of transducers. The obtained electrical signal can be conditioned, processed, displayed and controlled with the use of advanced control system. With the background of measuring instruments, this subject deals with measurement of different physical parameters like temperature, pressure etc. covering the entire gamut of industrial measurement.
